$52 each night for 2 nights (Excludes Friday, Saturday and Holidays)
$48 each night for 3 or more nights (Excludes Friday, Saturday and Holidays)

Winter Rates Starting December 2010:
$52 for one night lodging
$45 each night 2 or more nights (Sunday thru Thursday excluding Holidays)
$165 weekly rate

Summer reservations require one night room rate ($58) plus tax (5.5%)
to be charged to your credit card to reserve your room.
Remaining balance due at check in.

Summer reservations follow a 30 day cancellation policy.
Reservations canceled anytime before 30 days prior to arrival
will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee.

Summer reservations canceled within 30 days prior to arrival
forfeits the entire amount of the deposit.

Holidays require a three-night minimum stay and
payment is required in advance for all days booked.

forfeits the entire amount of the deposit.
